Returns
In the event that you need to return your purchased artwork, please review our return policy below.
Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, refunds and returns/replacements are not offered on original artworks or prints simply for change of mind. We will happily replace or refund your purchase if it arrives damaged.
Return Process:
- Prior to initiating a return, please contact us via email (alinahayesart@gmail.com) within 48 hours of delivery to report any damage and include photographs of the damage as well as the inside and outside of the packaging.
- We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery date.
- Please ensure that the artwork is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
Refund or Replacement:
- Upon receiving the returned artwork and verifying its condition, we will process the refund or replacement accordingly.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Replacements of prints: we will replace your print with an identical one.
- Replacements of original works: For original painting that is damaged during transit, we can replace it with a commission.

Shipping
Original artworks are ready to be hung and will be diligently packaged in bubble wrap and placed in strong boxes for safe delivery. Prints will be packed in a sturdy tube for transit.
Original artworks will be shipped within three business days of purchase.
Australia-wide Shipping
Complimentary standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery.
*Please note that we do not cover the costs for redelivery if there happens to be a return to sender.

Sales taxes
For all countries except Australia, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We do not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Any taxes and duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs authority for further information prior to placing an order.
